This page is for Owner/granted Admins to grant permissions to Members. Possible actions include:
- Create new Boards
- View all created Boards
- Edit all created Boards
- Remove all created Boards
The Owner/granted Admins can either give a View Only access to the members, or they can allow the members to View & Manage the Dashboard as well.
Option 1 - Members (View Only)
Once granted access to the Dashboard by the Owner/Granted Admins, Members can only view the Dashboard and different widgets by clicking on the Dashboard icon on the Portal.
Option 2 - Members (View & Manage)
If the Owner/granted Admins allow Members, they can View & Manage the following actions for their Dashboard:
- Access Dashboard
- Possible Actions:
- View granted Board(s)
- Edit granted Board(s)
- Remove granted Board(s)
Notify User Dashboard Does Not Exist
If the Dashboard to which the member was granted access has been deleted, they will see the following notification about the Dashboard being removed.
