- Go to Communication Hub > Forms
- At the main page:
- Users can filter forms by:
- Popup (default)
- Survey
- Programmable Flow
- Users can search forms by:
- Template UUID
- Template Name
- Users can filter forms by:
- Click on the eye icon to view the form template
- Click on the View Data to see all the responses of the agents using that form template.
- Choose the time range (up to 1 year)
- Export
