1. Failed to renew subscriptions:
Alert:
- Customers will receive an alert for the auto-renewal 7 days before the renewal date.
- If the subscriptions are failed to renew, customers will receive an alert for the failed-to-renew action.
Possible reason:
- No stored credit cards.
- The usable credits are insufficient to renew all the subscriptions.
- Note: All subscriptions in the same organization and with the same renewal date will fail if one subscription fails to renew.
Possible action:
- Recover the subscriptions for one cycle
- Export emails (account owner and billing) to notify them
- Filter the subscriptions by the expiry date
Steps to recover a subscription:
- Click the organization from the org list
- Select the subscriptions that you want to take action
- Click Recover
- Input the invoice number (if any) and proceed
2. Expiring subscriptions:
Alert:
- Customers will receive an alert 3 days before the expiry date.
- This alert is only applied to unsubscribed/auto-renewal-disabled subscriptions.
Possible action:
- Extend the subscriptions to a preferable date
- Extract email (account owner and billing) to notify them
- Filter the subscriptions by expiry date
Steps to extend an expiring subscription:
- Click the organization from the org list
- Select the subscriptions that you want to take action
- Click Extend
- Pick a new expiry date and check the extension cost
- Proceed
