Audit tab in Contact Application under License Model is a section or feature that logs and displays a record of activities or changes made within the application.
The primary purpose of the Audit Tab is to provide a transparent and detailed history of interactions, modifications, or updates related to contacts or data within the application.
Permission Group
- Owners can access the Audit Tab in the Contact Section
- Admins who are granted Contacts permission group can access the Audit tab in the Contact section
Data Filter Options:
You can set different filters on data to show.
- Date Range
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 1 year
- Specific Date time (Start date - End date)
- Search by Target Object
- Filter by Action
- All
- Add Company Blacklist / Whitelist
- Add Personal Whitelist
- Delete Company Blacklist / Whitelist
- Delete Personal Whitelist
- Edit Company Blacklist / Whitelist
