Overview
The Audit System provides a comprehensive log of administrative and user actions across the organization to fulfill the following objectives:
- Security & Investigation: Keep track of user activities, authentication events, and administrative changes for auditing and incident investigation.
- Searchable Audit Trails: Provide an intuitive interface to search, filter, and inspect historical configuration changes.
- Compliance & Governance: Satisfy internal compliance audits and enterprise security verification requirements.
How to Check Audit Logs
- In the portal, navigate to Manage Organization > Audit.
- Use the filter bar at the top to filter by Date range, Action, Actor, or search by Affected object or Detail.
- Review the matching audit events displayed in the table.
Data Filter Options
You can refine the audit log display using the following filter options in the top filter bar:
- Date range: Choose from quick presets (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days) or specify a Custom date range.
- Action: Filter by specific administrative actions (e.g., Login, Create Member, Manage License, Topup) or select All.
-
Actor: Filter by who performed the action:
- All: View actions from all actors.
- System: View actions triggered automatically by backend platform processes (e.g., auto-topup).
- Remote Support: View actions performed by authorized support staff during remote assistance.
- Member: Search and filter by a specific member's name or email.
- Search (Affected object or Detail): Enter keywords to find events matching an affected user, extension, team, rule, or specific configuration change.
💡 Granular Date & Time Filtering: When selecting a custom date range, you can specify both the date and the exact hour and minute (intra-day) to isolate audit events to a precise incident window.
Export Audit Logs
Administrators can export the organization's audit log table directly to a CSV file for compliance reviews, security analysis, or offline recordkeeping:
- In the portal, navigate to Manage Organization > Audit.
- (Optional) Refine the displayed audit records using the filter options (such as Date range, Action, Actor, or Affected object or Detail).
- Click the Export button located on the right side of the filter bar (directly above the audit log table).
- The filtered audit records will generate and download automatically to your workstation as a CSV file.

Access Control
Access to the Audit tab in Manage Organization is restricted based on administrative roles and permissions:
- Owners and Admins (or members assigned the Organization Settings permission group) have full access to view and export organization audit logs.
- Standard Members cannot view or access the Audit tab unless explicitly granted administrative audit permissions.
