Table of Contents
For renewing the Subscriptions, there are 3 scenarios as below.
Scenario 1
If your Usable Credit has:
- Sufficient credits to pay for the subscription fee.
Then our System will:
- Automatically deduct your credit balance to renew your subscriptions 7 days before the expiry date.
- Send you a Tax Invoice for reference.
Scenario 2
If your Usable Credit has:
- Insufficient credits to pay for the subscription fee.
- Turn on the Subscription Renewal option.
- Store a Credit Card.
Then our System will:
- Automatically trigger money from your Credit Card to top up your balance first.
- Top-up amount = Subscription Fee
- Then it will use the Top-up amount in the previous step to renew your subscriptions.
- Send you 2 invoices for reference:
- Top-up Invoice for Top-up action

Tax Invoice for the renewal of the subscription
Scenario 3
If your Usable Credit has:
- Insufficient credits to pay for the subscription fee.
- Not do one of the following actions:
- Turn on the Subscription Renewal option.
- Store any Credit Card.
Then our System will:
- Fail to renew your subscriptions.
- Send a notification to your registered email.
- The subscriptions will automatically expire on the expiry date.
In this case, you can:
- Follow the instruction in the notification email to top up your balance, so the system can renew your subscriptions.
- Contact the Support team for further assistance.
Note:
Within 28 days after the subscriptions expired, you can contact us to re-activate the subscriptions and all your data and numbers will be reinstated.
Otherwise, the subscriptions will be automatically terminated and cannot be restored anymore.
