Background
To streamline and simplify the purchasing process, we are excited to introduce two new platforms: "Business Hub" and "Sales Hub". These platforms are designed specifically to support the billing and reconciliation needs of our Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Providers.
Key objectives
- To transition our existing customers to a new pricing plan, utilizing bundles instead of contracts.
- To allow our Service Providers to offer different pricing plans within the same currency.
- To enable the creation of diverse service bundles with ease, allowing us to better meet market demands.
Portal Layout
Sales Hub is divided into two primary tabs at the top of the screen:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Organization | Search for, create, and manage customer organizations and their associated orders and subscriptions. |
| Audit | Review a chronological log of all actions performed within Sales Hub, with filters for date, action type, and actor. |
Three action buttons appear in the top-right corner on both tabs:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Export | Download the current organization list or audit log as a file (e.g. CSV). |
| Favorites | Open the Favorite Organizations panel to quickly access pinned accounts. |
| + Create organization | Launch the wizard to create a new organization. |
