Items of a contract are provisioned from the Customer app. You are required to select a Contract before you can choose the items and their variants.

This action is done through:

1. Purchase subscription

Items in a contract can only be added to the subscriptions that were purchased under a contract.

Subscription	Milestone	As incurred
Purchase new subscription	Start date: date of purchase End date: Contract’s end date	Start date: date of purchase End date: subscription cycle
Renew subscription	Not valid as the subscription was provisioned to the entire contract.	New end date: subscription cycle or contract’s end date - depends which date comes first.
Extend subscription	Not valid as the subscription was provisioned to the entire contract.	New end date: selected date or contract’s end date - depends which date comes first.
