VERSION 1 VERSION 2 Note:

Your company billing details will appear on your invoices and all system emails. 
If you want to change your account details, please follow the steps below.

VERSION 1

  1. At the Homepage, choose the Settings tab
  2. Select tab:
    • Information
    • Billing Address
    • Billing Email
  3. Edit info
  4. Update

VERSION 2

  1. Click on the Profile icon
  2. Go to Manage Organization
  3. Choose Address tab
  4. Edit info 
  5. Update

 

Note:

For Stripe topup, a warning message will be displayed if the billing email is unverified by the user. This email is used for alerting the customers when their credit runs low, or if auto-topup/renewal fails.

  • If the billing email is unverified, users will see the below highlighted warning message
  • If every billing email is verified, then the warning message will not be displayed
