The Portal Configuration tab in Business Hub allows for the configuration of Domain Outbound Call Rules and Buyer Tags for your customer organizations.
Domain Outbound Call Rules
Domain Outbound Call Rules is composed of the rules for Dial Plan and Countries Whitelist.
- Dial Plan - Remove the country code when making outgoing calls.
- Countries Whitelist - The list of countries that users are allowed to call.

Configuration
To configure domain outbound call rules, follow the steps below:
- You can turn the toggle ON/OFF to Auto append “+” sign while making outbound calls.
- There is a toggle available to Auto-import dial plans based on country code during organization creation.
- Click Import to import default dial plan rules for a country. You can select the rules you want to import and click the Import button.

- Click Add to add a new dial plan rule. Users have to select the country and enter the dial plan. You can also enter a number to test the dial plan and click Test button. Click Add button to include the dial plan in the outbound call rules.

Create a Country Whitelist set for a specific country code
- Navigate to Business Hub, then select Portal Configuration.
- In the Countries Whitelist section, click Add.
- Pick a country code and define the Country Whitelist set. Enable the passcode requirement; specifying an area is optional.
- Finally, click Add to save.
- To delete or update an existing configuration, click on the three dots icon.
- If the user enables the Auto-import Country Whitelist function, country whitelist rules are automatically imported based on the country code during organization creation. Conversely, if it's disabled, the user must manually import them through the outbound call rule (Import Domain Rule) under Manage Organization.
Buyer Tags
You can choose compulsory buyer tag during organization creation for your customers.
