How to recover failed renewals How to recover expiring subscription (Auto renew = Disable)

Subscription Alerts tab hosts key System Alerts, giving Service Provider Admins visibility into customer statuses like Failed to Renew or Expiring. Bulk actions such as mass recovery are also available here. 

How to recover failed renewals

  • Go to Support Hub
  • Select Subscription alerts - Failed renewals tab
  • Select an account and subscription to recover
  • Click on Recover subscription
  • Input the invoice information, then click on Apply

How to recover expiring subscription (Auto renew = Disable)

  • Go to Support Hub
  • Select Subscription alerts - Expiring tab
  • Select an account and subscription to extend
  • Click on Extend subscription
  • Input the invoice information, then click on Apply
