Edit/Delete a Message
- Click on the 3-dot icon > Edit/Delete the message.
Note:
These actions are only available within the first 30 minutes after sending a message.
Preview Transactions
When a user shares any transaction link (newsfeed, ticket team chat, internal space, live chat and whatsApp chat), the users can view a preview information for the transaction within the chat. The actions for this preview include Open and Copy Link.
Upload Files
Agent can also send files along with text messages during chats
- Maximum file size allowed: 1GB per file
- Maximum number of files per upload attempt: 30
- If the user tries to select more than 30 files, display the error message: “Can't select more than 30 items” and disable the ability to select additional files
- Caption limit: maximum of 256 characters
- Audio Files: files with the file type as .oga .mpga can be played directly on the platform.
