In terms of the P2P model, you need to look at 2 different perspectives for every transactions or interaction:
Partner - Customer: Represented by the Customer Balance
- If the value is positive (+): the partner owes the customer
- If the value is negative (-): the customer owes the partner
B3 - Partner: Represented by the Partner Balance
- If the value is positive (+): B3 owes the partner
- If the value is negative (-): The partner owes B3
