Go to Wallboard app > Queue management > Settings > Action events:
1. Queue Size:
- Maximum Queue Size: maximum number of calls can be in the queue.
- Select an action when the queue size is reached: Hangup or Callback
- If Callback, make sure that you have enabled Callback feature for your queue. Click HERE for more details. You can also play a message or an mp3 file to the callers before the Callback feature is executed.
- If Hangup, choose to play a message or an mp3 file to the callers.
2. Maximum Wait Time:
- Maximum Wait Time: the maximum time that the callers can be waiting in the queue.
- Select an action when the queue size is reached: Hangup or Callback

- If Hangup, choose either play a message or play an mp3 file
