- 1 DID can be assigned to an Extension, a Group of Extensions, or a Conference Room.
- 1 Extension/Group of extensions can have 1 or multiple DIDs.
In order to assign the DID to the extension(s), you need to purchase the Number add-on first.
Then, go to Bizphone app > Settings > Number > Search a number > Edit > Choose the extension and Save.
