Bizphone Roles
There are 2 roles:
Normal:
- Make and receive calls with Bizphone App.
Call Center:
- Make and receive calls with Bizphone App.
- Can be added to Wallboard queue.
- When you make an extension Call center, you need to assign to it a Role, either Agent or Supervisor.
- Agent
- Supervisor
The role in Bizphone syncs with a similar role in Wallboard (meaning a Supervisor/Agent in Bizphone is a supervisor/agent in Wallboard, respectively).
