Table of Contents
Communication Hub reporting views allow administrators and supervisors to analyze call volumes, agent activities, and message throughput across preset intervals (Today, Yesterday, This week, This month) or custom date ranges.
When selecting Specific date range, you can define an exact start and end hour and minute. This allows you to isolate intra-day traffic spikes, evaluate shift handovers, and generate time-bounded audit reports without exporting entire 24-hour cycles.
Where You'll Find This
Specific date range with hour and minute selection is available on the following report pages:
| Area | Report Page |
|---|---|
| Omnichannel | Calls > Completed calls |
| Omnichannel | Calls > Performance |
| Omnichannel | User > Performance |
| Omnichannel | User > Activity |
| Omnichannel | Live chat > Completed chats |
| Omnichannel | WhatsApp > Completed chats |
| Omnichannel | Support ticket > Completed tickets |
| Omnichannel | Agent > Performance |
| Omnichannel | Agent > Activity |
| Omnichannel | Agent > Assigned calls |
| Top navigation | Call history |
| Top navigation | Message history > SMS history |
| Top navigation | Message history > RCS history |
| Top navigation | Fax history |
| Top navigation | Forms > View data page |
ℹ️ Exclusions: Real-time operational queues—specifically Calls > Callback requests and Calls > Active calls—manage active transactions and do not use intra-day historical date/time filters.
How to Filter Reports by Date and Time
Walkthrough below uses Omnichannel > User > Activity as an example — the same steps apply across every supported report page:
- Navigate to Communication Hub on the portal.
- Open the report page you wish to inspect (for example, User > Activity or Calls > Completed calls).
- In the top filter bar, click the Date range dropdown (showing Today by default) and select Specific date range.
- Two input fields appear: From and To.
- Click into the From field:
- Select your start date from the calendar.
- In the hour-and-minute selector underneath the calendar, set the starting hour and minute using the up/down arrows or by typing the numbers directly.
- Click OK.
- Click into the To field:
- Select your end date from the calendar.
- Set the ending hour and minute.
- Click OK.
- Once both From and To parameters are set, the report reloads on its own. There is no separate Apply button to click.

💡 Exporting Filtered Data: Your results table and CSV export will strictly include only entries whose timestamps fall inside the exact intra-day window you selected.
Resetting the Date Range
- To clear a selected date, click the × icon directly on the From or To input field.
- To return to a standard reporting period, open the Date range dropdown and select any preset interval (such as Today, Yesterday, This week, or This month).
