Integrate B3 with Freshdesk

Required Details:

  • Sub-domain
    • The DOMAIN URL is your freshdesk account address (eg. https://xxxx.freshdesk.com)
  • API Key
    • The API key can be retrieved from your Freshdesk account. 
    • Once logged in, go to your Profile Settings
    • Click the "View Your API Key" button

Install B3works CTI on Freshdesk

  • Open Freshdesk Web Portal, Go to Admin Menu
  • Choose Apps Menu.
  • On App Menu/Marketplace Page, search B3Works for Freshdesk and click Install button.
  • After you click install button, the page will be redirected to Manage App page.
  • Click Button Setting and enable the B3Works for Freshdesk Apps.
  • Refresh the page.
