Integrate B3 and Zendesk
Required Details:
- Sub-domain

- API Token

Install B3works CTI on Zendesk
- Open Zendesk portal, Go to the Admin Menu.
- Click Admin Center Menu.
- Choose Tab App & Integration -> Zendesk Support apps -> Marketplace.
- On the Marketplace page, Search B3Works and Click B3Works Application.
- Click Install and Choose your Zendesk Account.
- Once the applications successfully installed, the page will be redirected to the My App Page.
- Enable the B3Works Application.
- Refresh the page.
