This tab allows the Owner/Admins to check all actions taken place within the account. In order to view the audit, please follow the steps below:

Version 1:

  1. At the Homepage, select the Audit tab
  2. Filter by:
    • Time Range
    • App
    • Action
  3. Search

Version 2:

  1. Click on the Profile icon
  2. Go to Manage Organization
  3. Select the Audit tab
  4. Filter by:
    • Time Range
    • App
    • Action (Users can also search the action)
  5. Search

Note

Audit Log can show Queue Name for users to know which queue is edited in Target field.
