Send Fax using CPaaS Fax

In order to send fax, the user must set up the following steps:
- Access CPaaS Fax on the portal
- Select a specific Fax
- Open the Configuration tab
- In Outgoing Fax, Click Add button and add the Email Address that user wants to use for sending fax (user can select maximum 5 email addresses at a time)
- Check the box to Receive notification for Fax errors if the user wants to enable notifications (Optional)
- Enter the Email address where you want to receive notifications
- Click Add
How to send Fax
- The user opens their mailbox whose email is added in the sender list
- Compose a new email
- In the To field, add +recipientfaxnumber@b3fax.com
- For Example: +6511112222@b3fax.com

Attach the file you want to send. Supported formats for attached file are:
- PNG
- JPEG
- Once done, Proofread and click Send.
Results
The outcome varies depending on the type of recipient.
- If recipient = Fax machine
- The document will be printed out as fax at recipient's end.
- If recipient = eFax (other CPaaS Fax Users or eFax services)
- The document will be sent to the email address of the recipient.
Note
Senders will receive notification email when they CANNOT send the fax (if enable notification for Fax errors).
