CPaaS SIP Trunk is a High Capacity SIP Service that can connect many PSTN (public switched telephone network) and mobile numbers with a large number of concurrent calls to customer premise or third-party cloud-hosted IP-PBX and Contact Center.
The following diagram presents an overview of the basic call flow for the SIP Trunk.
Note:
An additional field named Subscription UUID is added in the Overview page under SIP Trunk. Now users can copy and search the Subscription UUID to locate multiple SIP Trunk licenses in the Licenses tab under Manage Organization
