Storage Overview
To monitor your organization’s current storage usage, click on the Overview tab. Here you can view the total storage currently consumed by call recordings files.

Note
At present, storage metrics reflect only the Call Recording folder. Support for other file types will be added in future.
Advanced Search for Call Recordings
To search for a specific call recordings, click on the Call Recordings tab and and search by applying multiple filters by following the steps below:
- Open the Call Recording tab.
- Apply filters:
- Start Date – End Date: Filter recordings within the past 7 years.
- From: Caller information (extension, name, ID, or number).
- To: Callee information (extension, name, ID, or number).
- Call Type: Incoming, Outgoing, or Forwarding calls.
- Click Search to display matching results.

Note
"Search any" keyword functionality is supported. A maximum of 100 results is shown to ensure optimal system performance.
Bulk Download files
To download multiple call recordings files as a single ZIP file, follow the steps below:
- Go to Files.
- Select Call Recording tab.
- Set the time range and search for the details needed to download bulk call recordings.
- Click on Run download job.
- Click on Go to download jobs or Stay here if you want to cancel this request.
- Click on Download in Download jobs tab to download the call recording files.

Limitations
- ZIP files are available for 3 days after creation.
- Maximum ZIP file size is 100 GB.
- The system displays a maximum of 10 active jobs; older ones are archived automatically.
Checksum Report
You can use the checksum report downloaded with your call recording files to verify the integrity of downloaded recordings.
- After downloading the ZIP file, locate the checksum.csv file.
- Compare the checksums listed to confirm all files were downloaded successfully and without corruption.
