The Inbound Call Blacklist allows administrators to block unwanted incoming calls for users in the phone system.
Setup Inbound Call Blacklist
To configure your blacklist, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Phone System > System.
- Select Inbound call blacklist from the menu.
- Click on the Add button to create a new blacklist rule.
- From the Action menu, choose one of the following options:
- Block all calls - Except: This will block all incoming calls except for specific numbers you define. You can specify numbers that the system should allow based on an exact match or if they start with certain digits.
- Block specific calls: This will block only the incoming calls from the specific numbers you define. You can specify numbers to block based on an exact match or if they start with certain digits.

Inbound Call Filter Rules Hierarchy
When processing incoming calls, the system follows a specific order of checking rules. The hierarchy is as follows:
- The system will check the filters in the specified order (from the first one).
- If a call matches a rule set by the user, the system will apply that rule and not proceed to check any subsequent rules
- If the user has not set any specific rules for incoming calls, the system will then proceed to check the phone system users rule.
