To provide better visibility into SIP registration health and device status, the IP Phone Service Report is now available in the Support Hub. This report enables you to proactively monitor SIP accounts, identify the root causes of registration failures, and get a clear view of a device's online or offline status.
Follow these steps to generate and view the report:
- Navigate to the Support Hub.
- Select the IP Phone Service Report tab.
- In the search bar, enter the Organization Name or OrgUUID to locate the desired organization.
-
You can refine the report using several filters to narrow down the results:
- Time Range: Select the desired date and time range for the report. Time range must not exceed the current date/time
- SIP Registration Status: Filter devices based on their registration status. The statuses are defined as follows:
| Status | Definition | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Stable | Status: Online | The device is consistently registered and online. |
| Degraded | Status Transition: Online → Offline (≤ 4 hrs) → Online | The device experienced a temporary registration disruption but came back online within 4 hours. |
| Not in Service | Status: Offline | The device is currently offline and not registered. |
-
Additional Search Filters:
- You can further refine the search results by a specific Extension or SIP Label. This allows you to quickly find the status of a single IP phone within the organization.
