Update call restriction for specific organization

Authorized Partner Admins can manage outbound call fraud by utilizing the Voice Fraud Prevention tab located within the Support Hub. This allows for the selection of specific organizations flagged for suspected fraud and the application of various call rules, which include blocking international outgoing calls, blocking all outgoing calls, or blocking all incoming and outgoing calls to fulfill IMDA regulatory obligations.

Update call restriction for specific organization

To update the call restriction rules for a specific organization, follow the steps below:

  • Go to Support Hub.
  • Select the Voice Fraud Prevention tab.
  • Search for the target organization.
  • Select the desired Call Rule under Call restrictions.

After an account is assigned a call restriction:

  • A warning message will be displayed in the Outbound Call Rules and inbound Call Blacklist section.
  • All actions will be disabled and users will not be allowed to create, update, or delete any call rules while the restriction is active.
