Overview
Settings tab is the place for Users to manage their own phone system setups, including:
- User Status
- Call Forwarding
- Ring Devices
- Inbound Call
- Outbound Call
Configuration
1. User Status
Users can change their Status to the following options:
- Available
- Busy
- Away
- Offline
2. Call Forwarding
Users can manage their Call Forwarding list with the below options:
- Add more numbers/extensions (Maximum 5)
- Delete numbers/extensions
Note:
To set the Ring modes of the Forwarding list, please go to the Call Forwarding tab on the portal.
3. Ring Devices
Users can choose which devices they want to receive incoming calls.
Note:
- The devices options are based on the purchased licenses that have been assigned to that user.
- To set the Ring modes of the Forwarding list, please go to the Devices tab on the portal.
4. Inbound Call
Users can configure their Inbound Call settings for different scenarios, including:

Working Hours
- Available
- Busy
- Away
- Offline
- Non-working Hours
- Public Holidays

5. Outbound Call
Outbound Call is where users can modify their Caller ID. It can be changed on the Portal as well.
- Private(if Admins allow using)

Identity:
- Users’ assigned numbers
- Users’ registered numbers
- Delegation: Their Boss’s numbers
- Organization: CPaaS Auto-Attendant numbers
- Call Group: numbers of the groups that users are in.
