Overview
In the CPaaS platform, you can have multiple accounts for different purposes at the same time. In some cases, some accounts are related to each other and you want them to be linked to easily manage and connect. Therefore, in order to support this scenario, we would like to introduce the Organization Connect.
Features
Once your Organizations are linked together, you can:
- Share the Directory with other organizations.
- Make an Inter-organization Call to other organizations by using their Extension Keys.
Note:
For directory sharing with the other organizations, ALL VIP members are not sharable. There is no configuration to allow this sharing.
Accessibility
In order to manage the linked organization, only the person who is granted permission is allowed to control and change the settings.
In this case:
- The Owner will have the full right to access it.
- Only the Admins who have permission (To grant permission for Admins, please visit this link)
