Audit logs inside the Sales Hub help for full traceability of changes performed in Sales Hub and a clear identification of actions done by System, Remote Support and users.
Access Control
- Owner can access the Audit icon in the Sales Hub section.
- Admins with the Sales Hub permission group can also access the Audit icon.
How to Audit All Actions in Sales Hub
To view the audit logs for all action within Sales Hub, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Sales Hub app.
- Click on the Audit icon in the left navigation menu.
- Select a Date Range
- Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 1 Year, or Specific Date/Time.
- Search for Objects or Details
- Enter keywords, labels, identifiers, or partial text.
- Apply Filters
- Action: choose from the available activity types.
- Actor: filter by Identity, System, or Remote Support.
