Background
Sales Hub is a centralised platform for managing customer orders, accounts, and subscriptions — replacing the legacy Customer App. It covers the full order lifecycle, from org search and creation to bundle ordering, subscription management, and customer org exports. Built for telco partners' sales and operations teams
Portal Layout
Sales Hub is divided into two primary tabs at the top of the screen:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Organization | Search for, create, and manage customer organizations and their associated orders and subscriptions. |
| Audit | Review a chronological log of all actions performed within Sales Hub, with filters for date, action type, and actor. |
Three action buttons appear in the top-right corner on both tabs:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Export | Download the current organization list or audit log as a file (e.g. CSV). |
| Favorites | Open the Favorite Organizations panel to quickly access pinned accounts. |
| + Create organization | Launch the wizard to create a new organization. |
