Introduction
B3Networks SMS Gateway is a service that allows telco partners to manage the SMS vendors and routing for all of their customers. It also allows them to configure custom billing for each of their customers.
Features
1. Vendor Management
- Onboarding new Vendors for Partners.
- Self-manage the Vendors (e.g. enable, disable, set rate limit,...)
2. Routing Configuration
- Support different types of SMS such as OTP, Marketing, International,...
- Support routing by:
- Customer
- Sender name or Number
- Destination
- Support billing by different SKU.
Accessibility
For security purposes, only the person who is granted permission to access the SMS Gateway can manage and configure the service.
In order to do so, please follow the steps below:
- At the Master Account, go to Access Control.
- Search by:
- Name - SMS
- Type - App
- Choose Grant more users
- Select the user that you would like to give access
- Grant
