Storage is an integral component of our data service, forming the essential foundation that enables us to scale sustainably. The Files application provides a user interface for interacting with the new Storage system. Currently, the Files application supports storage of call recording files only.
Prerequisites
The following license is a prerequisite to access Files application.
- Base License: Files base license (We provide various storage bundles for the customers to select. Every organization will start with 5GB without any licenses).
- Add-on Licenses: We offer various storage options including 5GB, 10GB, 50GB, and 100GB.
Permission Management
The permissions for the Files app for each user role are mentioned below:
- Owner will have full access to the application.
- Admin with Files permission group granted can access the Files application to overview and download files.
- Member can not access Files app and grant any permission.
