Overview
This feature will appear under View - System, right below the Admin Tools tab and will support the following functionalities:
Mass updating of the Phone System Personal Settings
Reduce the possibility of human errors when creating and uploading a CSV file
Bulk Update Personal Settings Flow
In order to bulk update personal settings for the users, Owners/Admins of the organization will have to:
- Create Template
- Upload the list of Extensions
- Run & Apply the Template
Create Template
After clicking the "Create" button, a pop-up window will prompt users to input necessary details, including the template name (mandatory), and select configurations to include in the template. Configuration options comprise Call Recording, Inbound Call, Devices, Inbound Call Filter, Inbound Missed Calls, Outbound Call, Music on Hold, Working Hours and Speed Dial.
Users can also check the summary of the created template under “Preview”. This section contains an Edit button for each setting, allowing the user to return to the respective section for editing.

Upload the list of Extensions
- Click on Apply to Users
- Select users from the dropdown list or upload CSV



Run and Apply the Template
- Once the required setting has been selected for the template, click on Apply
- Settings will be applied successfully to the list of the users


Delete Templates
You can delete templates either individually or in bulk depending on your needs.
Option 1: Deleting a Single Template
- Navigate to the User settings templates section using the left-hand sidebar menu.
- Hover your cursor over the template row you wish to remove. Action icons will appear on the right side of the row.
- Click the Delete icon (represented by a red trash can).
- A confirmation modal titled "Delete this template" will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to delete this template [Template Name]?"
- Click the red Delete button to permanently remove it, or click Cancel to keep it.
Option 2: Bulk Deleting Multiple Templates
- Navigate to the User settings templates section.
- Check the master checkbox at the top left of the table header to select all templates on the page, or manually check the individual boxes next to the templates you want to delete.
- Once items are selected, a red Delete [X] items button will appear in the top right corner next to the "Create" button. Click it.
- A confirmation modal titled "Delete [X] items" will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to delete [X] items?"
- Click the red Delete button to confirm the bulk deletion, or click Cancel to abort

User Settings Template Report
Once you run and apply the template and the process is completed, user can generate a report for each assignment process.
Report for User Settings Template provide details to check the result of Bulk Assignment process to see which extension did not apply the configuration.
- Once the template is applied to the users and the process is complete, hover the mouse over the template
- Click on Report button
- User will be navigated to report page

- Select Date Range:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Specific date time (can select upto 1 year)
- Refresh button

Column details:
- Assignment Date: Date & Time of the Assignment process took place (A template can be reused multiple times)
- Total Extensions: Count the Number of Extensions included in the assignment.
- Successful: Count the number of extensions where the configuration was successfully applied.
- Failed: Count the number of extensions where the configuration application encountered failures.
- Click Download button to download the report.

Download Report
When you click the download button, it will:
- Download the report for Failed Extension
- The report will list down the Extension Key and Name of Failed Cases.

Import & Export User Settings
- Click "Export Users Settings" to save the current configurations of all phone system extensions as a JSON file.
- Click "Import Users Settings" to apply the configurations from the imported file to all phone system extensions.
