Configure Theme & Login Page in Business Hub

Partners and organization administrators can customize the visual branding of their customer-facing portal and login screen. Brand customization controls—previously located under Portal Settings—are now centralized directly within Business Hub under Theme Settings.

Administrators can customize browser tab titles, upload modern favicon formats (including PNG and SVG), brand the sign-in screen, adjust primary accent colours, and configure up to five external footer links.

Step 1: Access Theme Settings in Business Hub

1. Log in to your portal account as an Admin or Owner.
2. From the main application switcher, open Business Hub.
3. Select the Theme Settings tab from the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Configure Browser Tab Appearance

Customize how your portal appears in browser tabs and bookmarks:

1. Under the Browser Appearance section, locate the following fields:

• Browser Title: Enter the text displayed in the browser tab title bar (e.g. Acme Communications Portal).
• Favicon: Upload an icon for the browser tab.

1. Click Upload Favicon or drag and drop your image file.

• Supported Formats: .ico, .png, and .svg (expanded from legacy ICO-only support).
• Recommended Dimensions: 32x32 px or 64x64 px square with transparent background.

1. Review the live tab preview displayed in the right-hand preview panel.

Step 3: Customize Login Screen Branding

Brand the dedicated sign-in screen presented to your end users:

1. Under the Login Page Configuration section, configure the visual branding assets:

• Login Screen Logo: Click Upload Logo to upload the primary company logo displayed above the login form. Recommended format: PNG or SVG with a transparent background (max height 60 px).
• Split-Screen Branding Image: Click Upload Image to set the graphic displayed on the left half of the login page. Recommended resolution: 1920x1080 px (16:9 ratio).
• Primary Button Colour: Click the colour swatch or enter a 6-digit hex code (e.g. #0066FF) to customize the primary call-to-action button (Sign In, Continue, Submit).

Step 4: Add Custom Footer External Links

Add direct navigation links to your legal, privacy, or support resources on the login screen footer:

1. Under the External Links section, click + Add Link.
2. Configure each link item:

• Link Label: Enter the user-facing text (e.g. Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Help Desk).
• Destination URL: Enter the full web address including protocol (e.g. https://support.example.com).

1. Repeat to add up to a maximum of 5 external links.
2. Use the trash icon to remove any unnecessary links.

Step 5: Verify via Live Preview & Save

Before publishing your changes to production:

1. Inspect the interactive Live Preview pane on the right-hand side:

• Browser Tab Preview: Verifies the title length and favicon contrast.
• Login Screen Preview: Simulates the split-screen artwork, logo placement, button colour, and footer link alignment.

1. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
2. Once saved, changes propagate immediately to your portal site and custom login address.
