The Overview tab gives the basic information of the current User’s settings as well as their current status.
Directory Name, Extension Number & Assigned Numbers
These information are managed in the Licenses tab by the Owner/Admins.
User Status
The user will have the following options:
- Available
- Busy
- Do Not Disturb
- Offline
In order to change the status, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Home page
- Click on the Status and change it.
