Overview
The Applications feature in Sales Hub allows partners to manage the visibility of third-party applications for individual customer organizations.
Previously, all Marketplace applications were visible to customer organizations automatically. With this enhancement, partners can control which approved applications are displayed based on each organization's requirements and license eligibility.
Feature Availability
The Applications tab is available only for organizations with an eligible license:
- Power SIP Trunk
- Power Mobile + App Link
Organizations without a qualifying license will not see the Applications menu.
Manage Application Visibility for a Customer Organization
- Open Customer Organization
- Go to Sales Hub → Organization
- Select the customer organization you want to manage.
- Open Applications Tab
- Click the Applications tab.
- Select Application Category
- Switch between below options to view available applications.:
- Landline
- Mobile
- Switch between below options to view available applications.:
- Hide an Application so that the application will no longer be visible to the customer organization.
- Find the application.
- Turn off the visibility toggle.
- Confirm the action.
- Review Hidden Applications
- Enable Show hidden apps only to view applications that are currently hidden.
- Show an Application Again
- To make a hidden application visible:
- Find the hidden application.
- Turn on the visibility toggle.
