Access Control How to Audit All Actions in Sales Hub

Audit logs inside the Sales Hub help for full traceability of changes performed in Sales Hub and a clear identification of actions done by System, Remote Support and users. 

Access Control

  • Owner can access the Audit icon in the Sales Hub section.
  • Admins with the Sales Hub permission group can also access the Audit icon.

How to Audit All Actions in Sales Hub

To view the audit logs for all action within Sales Hub, follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Sales Hub app.
  • Click on the Audit icon in the left navigation menu.
  • Select a Date Range
    • Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 1 Year, or Specific Date/Time.
  • Search for Objects or Details
    • Enter keywords, labels, identifiers, or partial text.
  • Apply Filters
    • Action: choose from the available activity types.
    • Actor: filter by Identity, System, or Remote Support.

Audit Log — Column Reference

Column Description
Date & Time Timestamp when the action occurred.
Affected object The entity (organization, order, subscription, etc.) that was modified.
Action Type of operation performed.
Actor The user, system, or remote support session that performed the action.
IP address IP address from which the action originated.

Action Filter — Full List of Action Types

Action Type Description
Add External Customer Contact An external contact was added to an organization.
Cancel Order An order was cancelled before provisioning.
Create External Customer A new external customer organization was created.
Create Order A new order was submitted for an organization.
Create Organization A new organization account was created.
Delete External Customer An external customer organization was deleted.
Provision Order An order was provisioned (fulfilled).
Update Auto Renewal The auto renewal setting was changed on a subscription.

Tip: When no events match the current filters, the table shows "No data available." Widen the Date range to see historical records.

Export from Audit

Click Export (top-right corner of the Audit tab) to download the filtered audit log as a CSV file for offline review or compliance reporting.

Key Concepts

Term Meaning
Audit log A chronological record of all actions taken within Sales Hub — who did what, when, and from where.
Actor The user, system process, or remote support session that performed a logged action.
Affected object The entity (organization, order, subscription) that was changed by a logged action.
