How to Export Customer Organization Lists Based on Subscriptions

 

This feature addresses the need for stakeholders to efficiently filter and extract data from the system. Users can now export customer organization data directly from Sales Hub using specific subscription criteria

How to Export Customer Organization Lists Based on Subscriptions

  • Go to the Sales Hub module in your portal.
  • Click the Export button located in the top menu.
  • In the popup window, pick your Product type (e.g., App).
  • Click Choose product to select specific subscriptions (e.g., BYOC Trunk).
  • Click the blue Export button at the bottom to generate and save your CSV list.

 

Note: When selecting subscriptions to filter by, you can filter at two levels:

  • Base license — the core product (e.g. BizPhone, Auto Attendant)
  • Add-on license — additional features tied to the base product (e.g. Concurrent Call, High Availability)

Select one or more of either type to narrow the exported list to organizations with those specific entitlements.
