Favorite Organizations

The Favorites panel lets you pin up to 100 organizations for quick access without needing to search each time. Your Favorites list is shared with Finance Hub — pinned accounts are accessible in both modules.

Opening the Favorites Panel

Click the Favorites button in the top-right corner of Sales Hub. This button is available on both the Organization and Audit tabs.

Adding and Removing a Favorite

  1. Search for the organization using the main search bar.
  2. Open the organization from the search results.
  3. Click the Star icon in the account profile to mark it as a favorite.
  4. Click the Star icon again to remove it from favorites.

Favorites Panel

Column Description
Org UUID Truncated unique identifier of the favorited organization.
Name Display name of the organization.
Status Current account status. Active = operational.
Created At Date the organization was originally created.

A search bar at the top of the panel filters the favorites list by organization name or UUID.
