When making a call from the dial pad, users can choose a preferred caller ID option:
- Myself: Use your personal identity or the organization's caller ID for outgoing calls.
- Delegate: Make calls on behalf of another user if delegation permissions are granted.
- Inbox: Select this option to call back directly from your inbox contacts.
- Forward: Use this option when forwarding a call to another number.

Users can also use internal extensions to place outgoing calls. Dropdown menu can be used to select an organization’s directory, enabling easier directory sharing when using Web Phone.

Internal Call
The system support users to make calls internally without a caller ID set in advance.

Contacts
The Contacts tab helps users in managing personal contacts. All contacts uploaded in the Contacts section in phone system settings can be used directly in the Webphone. Users can navigate to the personal Contacts section by clicking the Manage button.

Automatic Phone Number Formatting
- To ensure calls are processed correctly, the system automatically cleans and normalizes phone numbers before placing a call.
- When you type or paste a phone number into the Webphone dialer, the system removes unnecessary characters and converts the number into a standard format before generating the SIP call request.
- This allows the system to correctly process numbers copied from emails, documents, websites, or contact lists.
The following table shows how the system corrects different phone number formats before dialing.
